北大未検討

 

用途： TRAP, DBA.44はそれぞれsubset of B-cell (TRAPはmarginal zone, DBA.44はmantle zone)に陽性で、それぞれは特異度は低いが、CD20とともにTRAP, DBA.44両者がともに陽性であることはhairy cell leukemiaに特異的な所見である。
