Greenspan grade： Sjogren syndromeの小唾液腺生検のgrading

grade 0:変化のみられないもの

grade 1:軽度の細胞浸潤をみるもの

grade 2:中等度の細胞浸潤で4mm平米あたり1focus未満

grade 3: 4mm平米あたり1focus

grade 4: 4mm平米あたり1 focus以上

1 focusとは小葉間導管周囲に50個以上の単核細胞（リンパ球、大食細胞、形質細胞）浸潤のみられることを言う。
