1. Deparaffinization 30min, 70℃. Coated glass is strongly recommended.

2. Put the glass into the boiling solution (1mmol pH8.0 EDTA) in the pressure cooker.

3. pressurization for 2:30min (depending on pressure cookers)

4. depressurization
