(上記は下の論文での条件。北大未検討)

caveolae mambrane domainsのstructural proten。

正常では骨格筋、心筋に陽性、時に血管平滑筋、前立腺間質組織に陽性。他の細胞は陰性。 腫瘍では横紋筋肉腫rhabdomyosaromaのsensitive & specific markerであり、88%(21/24)で陽性を示した（陽性像はmaturely differentiated cellsにのみ得られる）。
