びまん性大細胞型Ｂ細胞リンパ腫diffuse large B-cell lymphomaの細分類

※陽性細胞率30%以上で陽性とする。
de novo CD5+ DLBCLも臨床的に重要(Yamaguchi M, Ohno T, Oka K, et al. De novo CD5-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcome Br J Haematol 1999;105:1133-)。CD5は他のB細胞性リンパ腫ではmantle cell lymphomaあるいはsmall cell lymphomaに陽性となるが、de novo CD5+ DLBCLはこれらとは関連がないとされる。予後に関しては、CD5- DLBCLに比して不良である。
