・ 細胞間接着因子であるカドヘリンの細胞質ドメインに直接結合する92kDaの蛋白質

・ 核での集積が診断に有用。

 

●膵腫瘍の鑑別に有用

・ 正常の膵臓実質（腺房、導管、島細胞）は膜に陽性。腫瘍では由来によって陽性パターンが異なり、鑑別に有効である。
